The vision of FAEP is to represent the professional interests and be the foremost resource for emergency medical technicians (EMTs) and paramedics in the state of Florida, providing a pathway for local providers to state and national resources as well as issues facing EMTs and Paramedics across the country.

Individuals certified as an EMS practitioner by one of the states or territories of the USA, or by the NREMT, who pay annual membership dues to FAEP & NAEMT. These individuals have full voting rights with FAEP & NAEMT.
Individuals interested and involved in EMS and are NOT certified as an EMS practitioner by one of the states or territories of the USA or by the NREMT, who pay annual membership dues to FAEP & NAEMT. These individuals have full voting rights with FAEP, These members are not eligible for NAEMT voting privledges,
Inidivduals who either already have a current up to date NAEMT Membership.
Individuals enrolled in classes of instruction leading to EMS certification. Limited to one year.
